Oh ya.. I actually done something on 4th March(Thursday) which I didn't aspect. I'm headed to the University of Nottingham Kuala Lumpur Teaching Centre which is located at Chulan Tower without asking anyone to accompany me. That is totally an 'unknown' location to me, my mind didn't store any information about that place. Its mean that, I do not know how to go there. I done it without telling my parent? HaHa..
I got an invitation to meet and have a conversation with the School of Pharmacy Admissions Tutor who visits to Malaysia this week. When i receive the email, i know that it is not compulsory to go. However, didn't know what happen to my brain, nerve impulses were sending to my hand effector, gave me an order to reply the email, said that i will take the offer. Is it i just want to try am i able to reach the destination by myself? Or I want to know more about University of Nottingham? the degree that i choose to pursue? united kingdom? Nothing can stop me when i make my mind. Map is easily get from internet, google help me to draw out the 'thingy' below with a distance calculation. And with KTM train schedule, credit to Elton, ask me to check the time before taking the train, it will save time and its true.
I find out monorial is able to bring me to Raja Chulan. Then i can reach my destination by walk about 9 minutes. At first need to take KTM from Subang Jaya to KL Sentral. This is the first time I take public transport ALONE!! And yes, I got a chance to experience it. On the monorial, my untreatable disease work. I day dreaming without thinking anything. When i realize, i reach a station name Bukit NANAS
(there are no pineapple around!). Opss.. I suppose to leave the train at previous station!
first time down at this station too...
Finally its the time for my map to work. I followed it, but did not know what is happened, i passed by Wisma Genting and Wisma Cosway, then i reached Pavillion! I not supposed to reach there. Never mind, I knew I'm heading to a wrong direction, then i asked an uncle on the street where is the Chulan Tower, he showed me the building and told me that it is a new building. I saw the building but didn't know how to get there. I just go straight down to the building, crossed those 'super crowded' road with load of speedy car, reached the building. Did something stupid again, did not know where is the entrance, turn left and walk around the building to reach.(it actually very near if i choose to turn right in the beginning) From the 9 minutes walking distance, it turn out to be about 45 minutes. I'm still that noob.
I met Mrs Jane Smith. She gave me a very friendly first impression. Welcome me with a great smile. Sat in a room with a huge window, a nice KL scene. We sat down and started our conversation. From last interview, i gained lot of drug's knowledge. In this meeting, I am able to ask any question that I'm curious about England, the uni, the living, the social, the teaching and the way of learning in the uni there. She explained everything to me in detail. Thanks, I gained a lot!
I reached subang quite late and felt very tired specially my leg! I just stand and walk for the whole journey, can feel my leg is undergoing anaerobic respiration already. Therefore i choose to take public cab back to college from KTM station, it cost 8 ringgit for such a short distance!!!! Tomorrow will be having BIOLOGY test on 'Regulation and Control' and 'Selection and Evolution', only read through everything once on Wednesday. I'm tired and unable to absorb what I'm reading so i give up. Sorry that i will do the paper badly T_T
